The Decade Scorecard

When you stop climbing, the old scorecard keeps grading you anyway. It was built for title, income growth, scope, and recognition. So it marks you behind even when you are exactly where you want to be. Choosing not to climb is only half the decision. The other half is writing the scorecard you will use instead. This tool helps you write it, test it against how you actually spend your time, and make one commitment that brings the two closer together. Inside: Old Scorecard, New Scorecard across contribution, relationships, daily rhythm, health, money, and work worth doing; the Decade Question; your two anchors; and the Two Week Calendar Check. Set aside 45 minutes for Parts 1 to 3, and two weeks for Part 4.
